Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you get your wood?

I work with a variety of local lumberyards and sources throughout the county for exotic woods. All of my woods meet FSC standards, which means that they are sourced from responsibly managed forestry.

Are the cutting boards safe to cut on?

Yes they are. The wood is used in its natural state, no stains or dyes are used. They are treated with food-safe mineral oil.

How do you clean the cutting boards?

Hand wash using the dish detergent of your choice, rinse and air dry.

Will you make customer products?

Yes, please email details to info@darbynwoods.com
